The CAP Ministry is a service to His little ones through you, their parents and grandparents in Jesus' name by His Word. We tell you the truth about the content of popular entertainment using the Truth to decide what to tell you so YOU might be in a better position to make an informed moral decision on your own whether a film is fit. Our investigation standards are the teachings and expectations of Jesus Christ and are thus Rock-solid, never changing with the slippery tides of modern morality. Specifically,??His??Word??rules. We make no attempt to quantify the "artistic" or "redeeming" values of entertainment. These matters are up to you. The CAP Analysis Model makes no scoring allowances for trumped-up "messages" to excuse or manufacturing of justification for aberrant behavior or imagery, or for camouflaging such ignominy with "redeeming" programming. Disguising sinful behavior in a theme plot does not excuse the sinful behavior of either the one who is drawing pleasure or example from the sinful display or the practitioners demonstrating the sinful behavior. And we will not pabulum feed you with situationally redefined or conditionally applied Scripture to avoid invading the comfort zone. Subscribing to CAP-MAR
Subscribe to CAP-MAR by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
